Do you ship worldwide?

Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted fulfillment partners worldwide, so your order may be shipped from different locations depending on stock and availability.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders quickly, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. After this time, your order will already be in processing. Once delivered, you can return it for a full refund if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, after which tracking details will be sent.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary by country. On average, please allow 4-7 days for delivery depending on location and customs clearance.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. For credit/debit cards, it may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank. If you haven’t received it yet, contact your bank or card provider.
