We design every piece with care and precision. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.


Return Window

Returns must be requested and shipped within 14 days of delivery. For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.


How To Return

All returns must be registered before shipment. To register your return, contact us at info@madeinhours.in with your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior registration will not be accepted and may be refused upon arrival or returned to sender. This also applies to returns arranged through external carriers not issued through our return process.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@madeinhours.in. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your case and advise on next steps.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
