Order Status & Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.
Order Processing Timeline
Orders are processed Monday — Friday excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive tracking details via email.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this time your order will already be in processing and cannot be modified.
If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your cancellation was approved, contact us at info@madeinhours.in.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. On average please allow 4-7 days for delivery depending on your location and customs clearance. We work with trusted fulfillment partners worldwide.

You will not be charged customs or taxes on your order.
What If I Don't Receive My Order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us at info@madeinhours.in with your order number and tracking details.
